Jr. C Developer

Job Purpose:

To contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications in line with the companys objectives and standards. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring software products are delivered on time, meet quality requirements, and comply with company procedures and data security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development

   • Participate in the development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.

   • Ensure all development outputs are aligned with business requirements and delivered according to agreed timelines.

2. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

   • Analyze reported bugs, application errors, and performance issues.

   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.

   • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.

3. Collaboration & Teamwork

   • Work independently on assigned tasks and also as part of a collaborative team.

   • Actively participate in meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.

   • Share knowledge and support other team members when required.

4. Communication

   • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with internal technical teams.

   • Present findings or solutions in a concise and understandable manner.

5. Compliance & Confidentiality

   • Adhere strictly to all existing company policies, standard operating procedures, and development best practices.

   • Ensure proper handling, protection, and disposal of confidential and sensitive data in line with company standards.
