Were looking for a Business Process Improvement Supervisor who can systematically design, improve, and implement SOPs and work instructions across departments. If you enjoy analyzing risks and optimizing workflows with a strong focus on quality standards like ISO 9001, this role is for you.

• Develop and maintain SOPs & Work Instructions (WI) across multiple departments in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Review and improve existing SOPs & WIs to ensure alignment with best industry practices.
• Identify and analyze operational risks based on business processes.
• Provide process improvement recommendations based on root cause analysis and benchmarking.
• Integrate risk management approaches into all process documentation (SOPs, WIs, etc.).
• Coordinate with all departments to collect actual process data and test the effectiveness of SOP/WI implementation.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to align SOPs with industry standards, particularly in manufacturing and retail.
• Deliver training and socialize SOP/WI implementation to users across the company.
• Develop quality management documentation in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• Prepare periodic progress reports on SOP/WI development and improvement achievements.

• Minimum 2 years experience in business process improvement, quality management, or related roles.

• Familiar with SOP/WI development and ISO 9001 quality standards.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for operational excellence.

• Comfortable working collaboratively across departments.

• Willing to work on-site
