Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Laws Degree from an Indonesian University

- ⁠3-4 years of experience working in a law firm in Indonesia in the corporate sector

- ⁠firm understanding of Indonesian Company Law

- ⁠Been involved in drafting , reviewing, and negotiating Contracts/Agreements

- ⁠Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- ⁠Detail Oriented

- ⁠Domiciled in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali

- ⁠Has Advocate BAST and is a Member of an Advocate Organization
