Job Opening: Lawyer

We are announcing a competition for the position of a Lawyer to join our team with full immersion in business tasks. We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and energetic specialist who will become an integral part of our professional team and contribute to the development of our company in one of the most dynamic hospitality markets.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of company activities: analysis, preparation, and management of lease agreements, purchase-sale contracts, service contracts, agreements with property owners, contractors, and service providers.

• Consulting on real estate and hospitality business issues: supporting sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and accounting teams on matters related to real estate management, leasing, reservations, and guest services.

• Compliance with Indonesian legislation: monitoring the companys activities for compliance with land, construction, labor, and tax laws, as well as regulations governing the hospitality business and real estate rental in Bali.

• Interaction with government authorities: preparation and submission of documents for inspections, representing the companys interests in courts and government agencies.

• Dispute resolution: pre-trial and judicial settlement of conflicts with tenants, owners, contractors, guests, as well as handling claims.

• Ensuring effective management and structuring of relationships between legal entities belonging to the same owner in order to optimize business processes and improve the overall efficiency of the group of companies. (His tasks include analyzing and allocating activities among all legal entities, optimizing interactions, developing internal documentation and regulations, and advising the owner on compliance with corporate law and risks associated with the groups activities. In addition, the lawyer must ensure compliance with legal regulations and the interests of all related organizations, ensuring that their interests are protected within the framework of a unified strategy.")

• Implementation of modern legal tools: using AI, ChatGPT, and other digital solutions to automate routine tasks, analyze documents, and increase the efficiency of legal support.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education.

• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian legislation, especially in the field of land, construction, lease, and hospitality relations.

• Work experience in companies related to real estate, hospitality business, or property rental.

• Skills in interacting with government and regulatory authorities, experience in passing inspections.

• Confident use of modern digital tools (AI, ChatGPT, electronic document management).

• Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.

• Responsibility, independence, result orientation, ability to work in a multitasking mode.
