Junior Payroll Consultant (Based Bali)

Requirements:

·      Bachelors degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.

·      Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in payroll, income tax Article 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Health.

·      Holding Brevet A & B is an advantage.

·      Preferred candidates are those residing in Bali and willing to be placed at the MRI Bali office.

·      Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure with diverse individuals and organizations.

·      Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

·      Good communication and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficiency in computer literacy and payroll software.

·      Ability to work independently and in a team, take the initiative, accurate and keep confidential.

Responsibilities:

·      Handle payroll client, income tax Article 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Health administration.

·      Maintain accurate records and documentation for tax and regulatory compliance.

·      Team Collaboration & Supervision - Collaborate with senior consultants, and support internal projects.
