Junior Project Control

Job Responsibilities :

• Participate in creating and updating project schedules. 

• Track progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays or deviations. 

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project budgets. 

• Monitor actual costs versus planned expenditures. 

• Track material consumption and provide updates on budget status. 

• Prepare regular progress reports, including weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports. 

• Maintain accurate project planning records. 

• Assist in preparing reports for stakeholders. 

• Analyze project data to identify trends and potential issues. 

• Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). 

• Track and document changes to the project scope and schedule. 

• Work closely with senior project controls engineers and other project team members. 

• Liaise with contractors and other stakeholders to gather project data. 

Job Requirements :

• Engineering degree or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years experiences as Project Control in the EPC Projects, assists in monitoring and managing project costs, schedules, and progress. Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility.

• Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)

• Willing to work in Project Site Office

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
