Job Description

  • Build & maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with key clients or B2B customer

  • Understand the customers business, goals, and requirement to provide tailored solutions

  • Develop & execute account plans to grow sales revenue and ensure customer retention

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing account and penetration to another channel

  • Plan and execute effective promotional campaign and activation to drive sales in selected channel or account

  • Collaborating with Trade Marketing, Sales Team, and Product Team to address and resolve customer feedback

  • Prepare regular reports on account status (Lead Management) and sales performance

Qualification

  • Min Bachelors Degree in Business Administration

  • Has at least 2 years B2B Experience in a food manufacture company

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Understanding of FMCG/Retail Management
