KOL (Endorsement) & Affiliate Marketing

Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing:

• Identify, recruit and nurture potential affiliates on all platforms, including social media and E-commerce for partnerships.

• Monitor daily and weekly affiliate performance metrics via platform dashboards and analytic tools.

• Manage, maintain and monitor our affiliate community and content sharing to increase brand awareness.

• Develop, implement and scale the affiliate marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition, sales and ROI.

• Coordinate the distribution of product samples and monitor content being published.

KOL Acquisition:

• Conduct research and identify potential KOLs across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) that align with the companys audience and brand values.

• Develop engaging content ideas and create briefs that align with branding for KOLs.

• Assist in building new and maintaining existing KOL relationships.

• Negotiate and handle both paid and barter collaborations.

• Stay updated on and analyse the latest trends in influencer marketing.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate and Influencer marketing or related field.

• Min. Diploma/Bachelors degree in any major. (Business, marketing, communication, or a related field are preferred).

• Good communication, negotiation, organisational and administration skills.

• Enthusiastic about influencer and affiliate trends, with a strong understanding of digital marketing.

• Creative, strong analytical skills with a growth mindset.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
