KOL Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a candidate for KOL Marketing Specialist.

The ideal candidate is a creative, trend-savvy strategist with a deep understanding of the beauty industry.

What would you do:

Influencer Marketing Campaign Strategy

• Develop and execute data-driven TikTok influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement
• Identify and build relationships with all tier influencers who align with our brand.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with influencers to create content that is both engaging and aligned with current beauty trends, and driving high-quality traffic
• Ensure all campaigns are completed on time and within budget.

Content Development

• Develop and communicate creative content ideas that leverage TikTok trends, boost engagement, and effectively convey our brand message.
• Stay updated with TikTok’s evolving platform, influencer landscape, and beauty industry trends to refine strategies and maintain competitiveness.
• Identify emerging content trends and format adaptations specific to TikTok and the beauty market.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates.

What would you do:

• Proven min. 2 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Fluent in English is a MUST.
• Bachelors degree in Brand Communication or related major.
• Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
