KOL & Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a KOL & Social Media Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and creating engaging content across social platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing key influencer relationships, optimizing social media content, and driving brand visibility through creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

KOL / Influencer Marketing

- Identify and manage relevant influencers (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) aligned with brand values

- ⁠Initiate outreach, negotiate terms, and coordinate content deliverables

- ⁠Develop creative briefs, monitor timelines, and ensure quality and consistency of all KOL content

- ⁠Analyze campaign results and optimize future collaborations based on performance metrics

Social Media Content & Strategy

- Manage day-to-day content across multiple platforms

- ⁠Collaborate with the creative team to produce timely, relevant, and visually appealing content

- ⁠Draft engaging captions, monitor real-time trends, and implement social listening insights

- ⁠Engage with the online community and support organic follower growth

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs (engagement rate, reach, content performance)

- ⁠Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- ⁠1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or social media

- ⁠Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms

- ⁠Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

- ⁠Able to work under tight timelines and adapt to digital trends quickly

- ⁠Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite) is a plus
