Laoshi Mandarin Teacher

• Educational Background:Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1/D3) in Chinese Language Education, Mandarin Teaching, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification or professional training in Mandarin instruction is preferred.

• Work Experience:Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably with young children or in an early childhood/primary education setting.

• Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, listening, writing, reading).

  • Basic to intermediate English communication skills.

  • Ability to create interactive and age-appropriate lesson plans.

  • Classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.

  • Familiarity with teaching aids and digital learning tools.

  • Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
