Role Overview

We seek an Indonesian Legal Counsel to join our PIK2 team. Youll draft and manage legal documentation for our talent consulting operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Draft/review employment contracts, client service agreements, NDAs, and consultancy templates under Indonesian law

Advise on compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)

Apply fundamental knowledge of Indonesian tax (PPh, PPN) to contracts; liaise with tax specialists

Mitigate legal risks in client engagements and vendor relationships

Support dispute resolution for employment/contract matters

Monitor updates in labor, corporate, and commercial laws

Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Law (SH) from accredited Indonesian university

Experience: 3+ years drafting employment/commercial contracts

Language: Fluent English (writing/negotiation)

Knowledge: Indonesian labor law, contract law, and basic tax principles

Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive problem-solver

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in recruitment/staffing or professional services

Understanding of data privacy regulations (PP 71/2019)

Masters degree or professional certification
