Lead Backend Web Programmer

Job Descriptions:

• Design, develop, improve, and deploy high-quality backend services and APIs

• Within a cross-functional team, collaborate with other engineers specializing in backend services, web frontend, and mobile apps, as well as product design and ideation

• Write clean, concise, modular, and well-tested code

• Learn multiple tech stacks to use the best tools for the job

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Back-end engineer is a must!

• Have a minimum of 1 year of working experience as a Lead/SPV programmer (especially in backend)

• Familiar with RESTful API

• Have strong working experience handling projects with Node.js and PHP

• Required skills: GIT, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, and PHP

• Passion in software engineering, application development, or systems development

• Good understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL

• Have experience in API Optimization (speed, security)

• Have experience in Redis, MongoDB, or ElasticSearch is a plus

• Familiar with containerization technology (Docker)

• Fast learner, good problem-solving, and good communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail

• Ready to work in Surabaya - WFO
