We are a fully remote company with no fixed headquarters. The team is spread throughoutthe Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. With more than 20 contributors, the teamforms a well-linked network across a variety of locations, lifestyles, and backgrounds.

The Role:Were hiring a high-energy Lead Generation Specialist to identify, message, and qualify NFT projects to launch or bridge to GMI. Youll be prospecting mainly through Twitter and Discord (our top two channels), plus LinkedIn and any other creative source you can find.

Your mission: Build real relationships, generate conversations, and hand off qualified leads to our Partnerships team.

Your Targets:-50-100 outreach messages per week-5-10 engaged replies per week-3-5 qualified leads handed off weekly

What Youll Do:-Research and target NFT projects with strong communities or momentum-Personalize and send direct messages on Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn-Nurture relationships until projects are ready for a call-Keep simple tracking of outreach and responses-Collaborate with our Partnerships team for a smooth handoff

What You Bring:-1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (Web3/NFTs preferred)-Excellent written communication and people skills-Hands-on familiarity with Twitter, Discord, and LinkedIn-Strong understanding of the NFT space and current trends-Self-starter energy — you dont wait to be told what to do!

Nice to Have:-NFT project network or community ties-Web3 marketing, growth, or advisory experience-CRM or basic outreach tracking experience
