LEARNING DESIGNER & LECTURER - SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & ACCOUNTANCY

What the role is

This is a 2-year contract position as a Learning Designer & Lecturer in the School of Business & Accountancy.

What you will be working on

• Design and develop engaging courseware, learning activities, and assessments aligned to curriculum outcomes

• Apply instructional and learning experience design methodologies to create learner-centered content

• Enhance the learner journey by leveraging appropriate media, tools, and delivery modes

• Research and implement innovative learning strategies, technologies, and best practices

• Guide and train colleagues in instructional design principles and educational technologies

• Conduct workshops and training sessions on instructional design for adult learners

• Teach fundamental business subjects and conduct assessments for full-time students

What we are looking for

• Strong grounding in instructional design, learning experience design, and learning innovation

• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and solid research and critical thinking skills

• The ability to work effectively across physical and virtual environments

• Familiarity with tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Genially will be an advantage

• Confidence in designing and delivering engaging business education content

• A diploma or degree in business or a related field
