Litigation Specialist

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
• Advocate license (PERADI) is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably handling cases related to the property or real estate industry.
• Proven experience in managing civil, criminal, and administrative legal cases, particularly those involving land disputes, tenancy, construction, and development permits.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system, especially regarding property law, contract law, land ownership and licensing, lease agreements, and dispute resolution.
• Familiar with legal procedures in court (both general and administrative courts), as well as mediation and arbitration processes.
• Excellent legal drafting, legal opinion, and legal analysis skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Good relationship with external parties such as lawyers, notaries, and government agencies is an advantage.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
