A Snapshot of Your Day

This position is Conducting of logistics activities in projects aiming increase customer satisfaction and ensure the success of the project by accurate and on schedule customer supply. In his function he reports to the project logistics manager

How Youll Make an Impact

• To perform logistics activities in projects to guarantee an efficient and on the customer/project needs as well as the project specific contracts targeted handling for the company.
• Handle logistics activities to meet project/customer needs and contract requirements.
• Coordinate supply chain with internal/external partners for efficient processing.
• Handle goods disposition during transport and provide timely updates.
• Generate material/product availability status reports based on supply concepts.
• Document/process complaints and transport damages with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to distribute relevant information for optimized supply.
• Handle return of logistics infrastructure/equipment for cost-efficient site logistics.
• Support Project Logistics Manager in planning, contingency, evaluation, and process improvement.

What You Bring

• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, construction management, or a related field is often preferred
• Familiar with customs clearance process & export import activity
• Familiar with incoterms 2020 in term of Risk & cost. Restricted
• Familiarity with logistics software, project management tools, and inventory management systems.
• Previous experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or construction project management, particularly in high voltage or electrical projects, is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to priorities multiple tasks effectively.
