Managed Service Engineer

Qualification:

• Minimum SMK in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Informatics
• Min. 1 year professional experience in Network Firewall / Network Security related field.
• Have good knowledge about Firewall and Firewall Management. (Especially Palo Alto) 
• Understand the concept and the operational of basic Networking and Firewall Security. 
• Having relevant certification is highly preferred 
• Strong communication skills, Ability to elaborate on user requirements, Proficient as a project team member. 
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills. 
• Good problem-solving skill, with the ability to analyze incidents and recommend effective solutions. 
• Taking initiative and willing to learn more (Communicative; Initiative) 
• Willing to be working in shifting 
• Willing to be placed in the customer site

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring clients infrastructure and solution. 
• Identifies problems and errors prior to or when they occur. 
• Ensure daily operation run normally. 
• Reporting the condition of customer infrastructure to the manager and other stakeholders. 
• Generate report related to project needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Firewall. 
• Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Communicate and collaborate with internal, 3rd party, and customer 
• Responsible for SLAs provided by customers and other tasks related to project needs
