What You Will Experience As a CIT Management Trainee, you will be immersed in the development and implementation of enterprise applications, including exposure to SAP environments. You will collaborate with experienced IT professionals to design, build, and optimize digital solutions that support business operations. This role provides hands-on experience in programming, system integration, and user support, while fostering your growth in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Candidate Requirements

·        Bachelors degree in a Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information System

·        Fresh Graduate up to max. of 2 years of working experience

·        Minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00

·        Strong interest in software development and enterprise systems

·        Familiarity with SAP is an advantage

·        Fast learner with a strong desire to grow professionally

·        Able to work both independently and in a team environment

·        Willing to be placed at Serpong, Tangerang
