About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at PARK JEONG HWAN MANAGEMENT CATERING INDONESIA. This full-time role is based in Surabaya, East Java, and will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

What youll be doing

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and budget management
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, boost sales, and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food safety regulations
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated hospitality professionals

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximisation
• Thorough understanding of food safety, health, and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
