1. Teller (Mandarin Speaker)

   Responsibilities:

   • Responsible for ensuring the safety and accuracy of the individual cash holding.

   • Accountable and responsible for the respective excesses and shortages.

   • Responsible to maintain the overnight cash holding limit.

   • Ensure that the total cash held should be the same as the closing balance in the tellers summary register.

   • Ensure that teller end day total balancing control sheet ready and all application i.e. current, saving, fixed deposits and remittance must be self-balance and finally agreed with the summary host teller total.

   • Willing to be placed in our branch (Tamara Center, The East, Kelapa Gading, Mangga Dua, CBD Pluit, PIK, Central Park.)

   Requirements:

   • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline

   • Fresh graduates are welcome

   • Possessed excellent interpersonal skill

   • Nice personality and eager to learn new things

   • Organized, detail oriented, likes both numeric and administration related duties

   • Can work under pressure and multi-tasking

   • Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must

   • NO MANDARIN ABILITY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED

2. Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)

   Responsibilities:

   • Maintain relationship with new and existing customers

   • Introduce and offer the accurate information about bank services and products to the customers.

   • Responsible to open and close accounts for both personal and corporate account

   • Issue cheque / bilyet giro (request, issue, encode book)

   • Updating market spot and notes rate (rate/interest)

   • Issuing statement of accounts at the end of month

   • Willing to be placed in our branch (The East, Kelapa Gading, Central Park , PIK, Mangga Dua, CBD Pluit etc)

   Requirements:

   • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline

   • Fresh graduates are welcome

   • Possessed excellent interpersonal skill

   • Nice personality and eager to learn new things

   • Organized, detail oriented, and excellent in both marketing and administration related duties

   • Can work under pressure and multi-tasking

   • Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must
