Looking for Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree of any major or related.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• MANDARIN SKILL is a must (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• English skill is a must (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Have a good communication skills with all parties.

• Interested in Chinese company and Advertising business industry.

• Willing to have full time WFO working system.

• Work Placement : Pluit, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various Business Development team which includes: 

• Daily communication with clients to ensure all request are fulfilled.

• Reports needed by BD Team.

• Ensure that client expectations and objectives are clearly communicated and aligned throughout the engagement.

• Prepare detailed and insightful campaign reports, analyzing performance and suggesting areas of improvement.

• Reconciliation Follow-up.

• Industry insights update.

• Other needs for data support.
