Market Promotion Specialist( FMCG/Vape/E-cigarettes)

• Offline Store Promotion:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with local vape shops.

2. Conduct regular store visits to provide product training, set up promotional materials (posters, brochures, display units), and support sales staff.

3. Assist in improving product visibility and boosting UWELL sales in retail outlets.

• Offline Community Engagement:

1. Build and manage local user communities (vape clubs, in-store user groups, etc.).

2. Plan and organize offline events such as vape gatherings, product experience sessions, roadshows, and local promotional activities.

3. Strengthen brand loyalty by increasing user interaction and engagement.

• Campaign Execution & Market Feedback:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute offline marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.

2. Collect customer and retailer feedback on products and share insights with the central team.

3. Assist in launching new products with pre-launch promotion and trial events.

• Reporting & Analysis:

1. Prepare regular reports on promotional activities, community engagement, and store partnerships.

2. Analyze offline campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing.

• Male/Female, aged under 35.

• Experience in offline sales, promotion, or community operations (experience in the vape industry is a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with local networking abilities.

• Willing to travel and work independently.

• Familiarity with Indonesian vape culture and consumer behavior.

• Able to communicate in English or Mandarin in both written and oral forms is a plus

• Have own laptop
