Marketing Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.

  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and campaign performance.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, product, IT, legal) and external agencies.

  • Create marketing presentations, press releases, and event plans (e.g., trade shows).

  • Ensure consistent branding and message across all platforms.

  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or related field.

  • Min. 3 years experience in F&B industry (mandatory).

  • Min. 3 years in a senior role in marketing/communications.

  • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of digital tools (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Analytics, social media).

  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.

  • Able to analyze audience behavior to produce the right content for the right market.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

  • Willing to be based in Pluit, North Jakarta.
