Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness 
  • Manage digital marketing channels (social media, website) and ensure content is aligned with brand goals
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvements
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs 
  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and trade shows to promote products and services 
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in S1 Marketing / Business or related field with IPK 3,00 of 4,00 
  • Minimum 5 year experiences in Marketing field in FMCG industry, with a proven track record in campaign management and brand development
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms⁠ 
  • Experienced with content management systems and marketing automation tools 
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and Project management skills 
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decisions 
  • Fluent in English
