Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Increasing, maintaining, and improving the brand awareness and the corporate brand (incl. personal branding of BOD).

  • Increase incoming leads to CBQA Global through digital marketing strategy -> KPI 100 leads per month which then 80% acquired to be client (this will be reviewed on yearly basis).

  • The accuracy and efficient dissemination of information across digital platforms and other communicative mediums.

  • Handling corporate event for branding purposes with specific targets.

  • Together with BOD cooperate in handling the corporate public relations among stakeholders, clients, government, employees, and shareholders.

  • Establish good relationship with government.

  • Provide market research concerning : competitor, brand position, new market, new product.

  • Increase client satisfaction rate to drive engagement and increase purchase frequency.

  • Lead the marketing team to outperform.

  • Provide advice to BOD concerning the marketing strategy.

Experience & Requirement Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in leading a team.

  • Creative and has experience running digital and offline campaigns.

  • Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, and printed channels, etc.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Detailed-oriented, good project management & interpersonal skills.

  • Team-leader and able to fit in a diversified and dynamic working environment.

  • Strong teamwork skills and communication abilities with the ability to write and convey marketing plans or efforts to executives and management.

  • Willing to push beyond the current capabilities and find the best solution for the business and our customers.

  • Self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude and own end-to-end projects.

  • Fast learner.

  • Have experience liaising with government is a plus.
