Description:

We are the Indonesian team of Ppeum Clinic, one of Koreas top beauty clinic brands, now entering the Indonesian market. As we prepare to open our first premium clinic in Jakarta and launch our own Korean-inspired cosmetic line, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and shape our brand presence in Indonesia.

This role will focus primarily on clinic brand marketing, while also overseeing key aspects of performance marketing to ensure strong visibility and conversion across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness for our beauty clinic and cosmetic products.

  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across offline (events, billboards, in-clinic promotions) and digital channels (social media, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Lead clinic brand marketing initiatives including messaging, positioning, and visual storytelling.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

  • Oversee influencer marketing, media planning, and brand partnerships.

  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, customer insights, and market trends to refine strategies.

  • Support e-commerce and product marketing efforts with a performance-driven approach.

  • Manage external agencies or vendors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in brand marketing.

  • Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics) is a strong plus.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with a growing brand.

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, or influencer platforms is a plus.
