Marketing & Promotion Supervisor

What Youll Do:

Responsible for supervising, directing, and managing all marketing and promotional activities of the company to ensure the achievement of branding targets, engagement, sales support, and dealer/store visibility—both on digital platforms and in-store.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Develop and regularly evaluate marketing and promotional performance reports.

- Manage relationships with external partners such as marketing vendors, advertising agencies, and digital platforms.

- Oversee the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns both in physical stores and online marketplaces.

- Design strategies and assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns in marketplaces, including the optimization of paid digital advertising features.

- Support sales and franchise partner acquisition strategies by planning marketing initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency aligned with company goals.

- Plan, manage, and evaluate the companys overall marketing and promotional strategies, including digital marketing initiatives.

- Lead, guide, and develop the marketing team effectively, including conducting performance assessments and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and promotion roles.

- Proficient in digital marketing platforms and social media tools.

- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, especially within the retail industry.

- Solid knowledge of brand activation strategies, including planning and executing impactful campaigns.
