Marketing Staff

Kutus kutus group is a multi-sector business, each of which operates in several business pillars including villas and hotels, herbal medicines, spas, cafes, radio and education spread across various big cities in Indonesia

PT. Kutus Kutus Herbal is currently looking for a "Marketing Staff" to work in Gianyar, Bali, with the following qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma in: Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations (PR), Management or other related fields.

• Have a minimum of 1 years of work experience in the field of sales or marketing

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Responsive to market trends, audiences and changes in the marketing world.

• Fresh graduate are welcome

Responsibilities :

• Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Gather and interpret data to guide marketing decisions.

• Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, etc.).

  • Coordinate with team members and external vendors to execute campaigns.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.

• Event Coordination

  • Help plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

  • Organize logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Maintain and update customer databases.

  • Support loyalty and retention programs.

  • Assist with lead generation and nurturing activities.

• Sales Support

  • Provide materials and information to support the sales team.

  • Help align marketing strategies with sales goals.
