MATERIAL CONTROL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all material control operations in the SUMAPA region.

• Ensure efficient planning, allocation, and monitoring of materials to support network rollout and maintenance activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material movement, inventory levels, and project usage in alignment with the LOM.

• Coordinate with project teams, warehouse personnel, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and proper utilization of materials.

• Prepare and submit regular material status reports to the regional and central logistics team.

• Monitor and control material aging and stock discrepancies to minimize waste and delays.

• Support the achievement of monthly targets and ensure compliance with ZTEs logistics and material management standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in material control, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

• Proven experience in team leadership, with the ability to manage and motivate a field-based team.

• Strong understanding of material planning, inventory control, and project-based logistics processes.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking tools is an advantage.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel or be assigned across the SUMAPA region as needed.

• Having previous experience on ZTE project is preferred

• Willing to be placed in Makassar
