PT Reka Elang Inovasi is a company engaged in the field of consulting services especially in energy sector, oil and gas, biochemicals, and manufacturing sector. We are looking for a highly motivated candidates to join us as Mechanical Static Engineer.

Description

Perform assessment, design, monitoring, and analysis activities related to static equipment.

Requirement

To be successful in the role, you would need to have:

  • Minimum Education D4/S1 Mechanical Engineering or other relevant majors.
  • Have experience at least 2 years as mechanical static engineer.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Understand the principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, and material science.
  • Familiar with codes and standards such as ASME, API and Flange Connection Standards.
  • Familiar with NDT activities, stress analysis, and hydro test procedures for vessels and tanks.
  • Able to use software that supports work as a mechanical static
  • Fast learner, willing to learn something new, and drive to achieve results. and willing to travel for business.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesia and English, both oral and written.

Job Responsibilities

Several responsibilities are:

  • Provide project and technical support for the operation and maintenance of static equipment.
  • Optimize equipment design and determine operational requirements through collaboration with other disciplines.
  • Prepare engineering documents such as technical specifications, equipment calculations, datasheets, and engineering drawings of static equipment based on codes and standards relevant to operating conditions.
  • Determine the selection of appropriate engineering materials for static equipment based on operating conditions.
  • Analyze the stress, corrosion, fatigue and potential failure of static equipment structures.
  • Carry out field survey activities as a basis for making engineering documents.
