Merchandise Junior Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement buying & merchandising strategy for all supplier

• Setting profit margins for the product ranges

• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, secure the best products and manage all commercial agreements

• Managing product availability and service level

• Analyze sales data and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

• Plan and execute effective promotional campaign to drive sales

• Collaborating with Trade Marketing & Sales Team on store layout and product placement

• Manage a team of merchandiser, providing leadership, coaching and development

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Merchandising, or related field

• Has at least 5 years of experience in retail management, merchandising, preferably in retail food & beverage, FMCG, or cake/pastry retail

• Willingness to travel frequently to store locations to audit merchandising quality and ensure compliance

• Flexible working hours, including weekends during peak seasons or campaigns

• Good communication & problem solving skills
