Merchant Acquisition Executive - Banananina

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with product owners.
  • Handle merchant inquiries regarding the branded resale service.
  • Receive and check incoming products from owners according to company standards.
  • Clearly explain marketing period, service fees, and resale terms to merchants.
  • Conduct initial visual inspection of items based on the company SOP.
  • Coordinate with the authentication team for product verification.
  • Maintain effective and professional communication during the entire marketing period.
  • Provide regular updates to merchants on the status of their listed items.
  • Manage and resolve merchant feedback or complaints with empathy and clarity.
  • Collect insights from merchants to help improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Diploma degree (D3) or higher in Communication, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or luxury/branded product industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling and reviewing products.
  • Familiar with digital systems and accurate data entry.
  • Honest, disciplined, responsible, and committed to high integrity.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  • Passion for or knowledge of branded/luxury products is a strong plus.
  • Able to work flexibly and thrive in a team environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bekasi (HQ) and Jakarta (Store) per schedule.
