Multi Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Multi Store Manager to oversee daily operations for a fast-growing global fashion brand. This role is key in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes, supporting retail operations, logistics, supply chain, and cross-functional coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end retail operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.

• Oversee inventory control, logistics, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely product availability.

• Develop and optimize standard operating procedures to increase efficiency across retail and back-office functions.

• Work closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of seasonal launches, promotions, and campaigns.

• Monitor sales and operational KPIs; provide actionable insights and reports to leadership.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and stock accuracy.

• Lead store operations support including manpower planning, cost control, and store compliance.

• Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, and invoice processing to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably within retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with KPI retail matrix

• Fluent in English; is a must.

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong personality and high-energy person.
