Network Integration Specialist

As a Network Integration Specialist at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in the installation and commissioning of mobile network elements. Working remotely, youll provide integral support to on-site engineers by managing site engineering tasks, documentation, and acceptance testing. Youll collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of new network sites and features, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. • Provide remote support during installation and integration of mobile network elements to ensure seamless commissioning.
• Assist on-site engineers with site engineering, documentation, and acceptance testing to uphold quality standards.
• Perform system acceptance testing, software upgrades, and implementation of new features based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to facilitate the delivery of new network infrastructure and sites effectively.
• Manage and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Engage in problem-solving by utilizing established information sources and applying learned knowledge to new tasks.
• Communicate technical details and project updates to team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and teamwork.
• Actively participate in initiatives that enhance team efficiency while demonstrating adaptability to changing project demands.

You have:

• 1-2 years of directly related experience in network integration and commissioning
• Specialized knowledge of network elements and system acceptance testing
• Ability to solve problems using established information sources
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience with site engineering and documentation processes
• Familiarity with software upgrades and customer delivery requirements
• Leadership experience as a Team Leader or Project Leader
• Knowledge of global telecommunications practices and cross-cultural communication
