Night Duty for Apartemen Plaza Senayan

Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as a Manager on Duty in the absence of Building Manager, including but not limited to dealing with complaints, disturbances, special requests, problem solving, and any other issues during night shift. Able to enforce fire safety measures and emergency situation. Keep Deputy Manager and Manager fully informed of significant issues. Be aware of tenants service activities such as hand over, take over, access card issuance/renewal, as well as handle payment from tenants, both by cash or credit card, and monitor contractor work during night time. 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree holder of any major

· Having 2 - 3 years in similar position, preferably as Night Duty staff

· Fluent English (spoken & written)

· Computer literate (MS Office)

· Having knowledge about fire safety and first aid skill would be an advantage

· Service-oriented, good communication skill, friendly, adaptable, and confident
