We are currently hiring Customer Service Export - Import!

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in any field
• Experienced working at Forwarding or Logistic company
• Minimal 2 years experiences for this position
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Understand export import documents and licenses
• Understand PEB & PIB
• Proficient in PPJK (have certificate will be an advantage)
• Good communicator, analytical skill and problem solving

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in monitoring all export import activities (BL, CIPL, COO, insurance)
• Follow up shipment with customers, agents & customs
• Processing custom clearance
• Communication and correspondence with internal department, shipping line and customs officer.
• Plan and coordinate the movement of goods via sea, air and road
