Operation Team Manager

EZV Services Indonesia Villas is a trusted name in luxury real estate and villa management, dedicated to providing exceptional property care and guest experiences across Bali. We are seeking a highly responsible, proactive, and confident to oversee and elevate the quality and efficiency of our day-to-day villa operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operational workflow of villas under EZV Services Indonesia

• Supervise and coordinate the performance of villa supervisors, housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and logistics staff

• Ensure all villas are maintained to high standards and guest experiences are consistently positive

• Conduct routine villa inspections, quality checks, and follow up on issues promptly

• Handle guest complaints or operational escalations in a professional and solution-focused manner

• Monitor inventory, supply usage, and maintenance costs across all villas

• Maintain accurate reporting on operations, incidents, repairs, and team productivity

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations management role, ideally in villas, hotels, or property services

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Solid knowledge of villa operations, guest handling, maintenance coordination, and staff supervision

• Organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple villas and teams

• Flexible working hours, including availability for urgent situations

• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel between properties
