About the Resort:Hidden on Balis stunning west coast, about 1.5 to 2 hours from Denpasar, our resort is a peaceful escape with breathtaking ocean views, just steps away from a quiet surf beach. The property features 10 stylish lodges, a cozy restaurant and spa. All designed to offer guests a relaxed and uplifting experience in a laid-back tropical setting.

The Role:As Operational Manager, youll be responsible for day-to-day operations while being actively present and involved in the guest experience. Youll coach and motivate your team, contribute ideas, solve problems, and help us grow — not just by the book, but by staying flexible and solution-oriented.

Who You Are:

• A people-first leader with emotional intelligence and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Someone who leads by example, isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves, and energizes the team through action and empathy.

• Experienced in hospitality (previous hotel management is a plus, but attitude and insight matter more).

• A clear and open communicator who builds trust with staff and guests.

• Comfortable in a culturally diverse environment and familiar with Balinese customs (or willing to learn).

• Focused on solutions, not perfection — adaptable, calm under pressure, and always thinking one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, guide, and inspire a small team to deliver warm, personalized service.

• Be visible on the floor and lead by example in both front- and back-of-house operations.

• Oversee scheduling, basic admin, and inventory — but never lose sight of the guest experience.

• Collaborate closely with the owners to continue shaping and improving the resorts unique vibe.

What We Offer:

• Monthly salary of IDR 8,000,000 - 14,000,000, depending on experience.

• Travel allowance for commutes over 10 km — or accommodation compensation if preferred.
