Operational Manager ( Fashion )

Jobdesk : 

1. Ensure smooth daily operations at all outlets within the area. 

2. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock availability aligns with demand. 

3. Track sales targets and ensure individual locations meet or exceed objectives 

4. Analyze profit and loss statements for each location and take corrective actions where necessary. 

5. Develop strategies to boost revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses. 

6. Monitor customer service quality and ensure consistent satisfaction across all outlets.

Requirements 

• Minimum education of a diploma (D3) in a relevant field. 

• 3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the fashion retail industry. 

• Ability to lead teams, analyze data, and achieve sales targets. 

• Strong communication skills, well-organized, and willing to travel. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems
