Operational Manager

REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Minimum of 3 years experiences as Operational Manager in F&B Hospitality

  2. Having good leadership skills (proactive and passionate in working with and leading a team)

  3. Able to communicate with many respectful parties and company stakeholders

  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

  5. Having flexible approach to working hours

  6. Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thingking

  7. Strategic thinker and target oriented

  8. Computer literacy, good in reading and analyzing data

  9. Excellent verbal, written and communication in English

  10. Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure

  11. Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree (Management and Business are preferable)
