Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Ops Risk team to identify root causes of problems in every Department area and support Ops Risk for Risk Awareness program.

  2. Assist Operational Risk Specialist developing excel (development of dashboard including visualization), power point and docs materials

  3. Perform administrative tasks, arrange meetings, take meeting notes, and support coordination within Operational Risks scopes

  4. Assists Operational Risk Specialist to mitigate risk issues within departments.

Requirements

  1. Final-year students or fresh graduates in Management, Economics or Information Systems are welcome to apply.

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis), Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (documentation and presentation); Certificate from self-learning online course for either Excel, Power Point or Words is a plus.

  3. Detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward self-improvement.

  4. Punctual and deadline oriented.

  5. Prior internship experience or possession of certificates related to activities in the financial industry is preferred.
