Operations Control and Admin Officer
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage KOL agreements in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
- Oversee and execute the daily to-do list for the Sales Administration team, ensuring timely completion and prioritization of tasks.
- Monitor and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collect, process, and analyze data related to sales and operations to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, offering insights based on data trends and analysis.
- Ensure all administrative processes are followed and documented accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors.
- Solid understanding of business processes, especially in sales and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data processing, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Experience in data analysis and presentation preparation using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or operations support role.
- Familiarity with contract management or working with KOLs/influencer partnerships is a plus.
