Operations Support Specialist II
· Primary Objective/ Context
o Provide support to TTS Team in facilitating a full traveler and transactions services to corporate clients adhering to CWT procedures, service level agreements, clients travel policy and achieving/exceeding KPI.
· Main Responsibilities & Duties
o Ensure the use of scripting to complete ticket issuance in accordance to the service standard set by the company
o Ensure all ticketing queues including error queues are cleared on the same day
o Issue V-MPD for services on PTA, UM, excess baggage, no show, refund, etc.
o Issue certificate for purchase of extra-sure insurance policy
o Maintain BSP neutral ticket stock, ensuring all airlines ticket quota are sufficient to meet business needs on a daily basis
o Issue UATP and submit to airlines at the end of BSP cycle
o Print TINS reports for both GDS - Galileo & Sabre
o Trouble shoot and rectify any error in GDS ticketing entries
o Update I-Merchant, check declined list and process refund letter to CITI I-Merchant
o Assist Finance to rectify consultants error in invoicing e.g. due line (RD) not tally with ticketed fare and inaccurate form of payment
o Assist Finance on unbilled tickets
o Assist Finance to raise small charge thru EDC machine for credit card transactions
o Coach and mentor ticketing officer, giving them guidance whenever required
o Display a courteous and helpful manner at all times to both clients and colleagues
