Operator CNC Machining Center

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Operator CNC Machining Center to join our team at PT Trass Anugrah Makmur, a leading manufacturer in Pasuruan, East Java. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our state-of-the-art CNC machining equipment to support our growing production needs.

What youll be doing

• Operate CNC machining centres to produce parts and components with precision and efficiency

• Set up, program, and monitor CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to maintain optimal operating conditions

• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure the correct manufacturing of parts

• Monitor production processes and identify any issues or deviations, taking appropriate corrective actions

• Collaborate with the production team to improve manufacturing processes and achieve production targets

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and machine operations

What were looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Machining Center Operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry

• Strong technical skills and understanding of CNC machine programming, setup, and operation

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure consistent product quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team

• Familiarity with quality control procedures and experience in continuous improvement

• Certification or training in CNC machining or manufacturing operations is preferred
