OPERATOR IN POWER PLANT (BOILER FIELD, CHP, AHP, CHILLER, COMPRESSOR)

Boiler Field Operator: 3-5 years experience - ITI with Ist class Boiler Operator Certificate holder in Indonesia & experience in AFBC TYPE - Process Boiler Field Operator.

Instrument technician: 3 years experience - ITI or equivalent in Indonesia & experience in Instruments like Pressure and temperature Gauges. DCS and computer systems. Calibrations of qauges etc. Experience in AFBC Boiler & thermofluid Boiler, know calibration & repair of pneumatic & smart positioner of control valve & Dampers, know Use of Hart communicator, calibrate instrument like pressure transmitter/ pressure gauge/TT etc, calibrate Sox Nox ,SP, O2, PH, onductivity analyzer, Must know Ash Handling cycle & repair of pressure switch, Solonide valve etc, can repair power cylinder / control valve will be replace seal / seat/ o- ring etc, can repair CHP safety instrument like PCS, BSS ,ZSS & belt weigher calibration, aware of DCS/ PLC System - loop checking & fault trace out from field to marshaling cabinet of DCS/ PLC, Can do impulse line tubing & as per guide line new instrument install, control cable laying/ pheruling/ termination work can done.

CHP OPERATORS: 2-4 Years experience - ITI or certification in a related field preferred & experience in Coal Handling and Crushing equipment, screens and impactors.

AHP OPERATORS: 2-4 Years Experience - ITI or equivalent in Indonesia with related field experience in Ash handling or related equipment and Silo-Operation and dust conditioners.
