Operator Studio at SmartFM Jakarta

  • Monitor on-air broadcast operations
  • Operate studio equipment (mixer, microphone, PC, etc.)
  • Manage program and commercial playlists
  • Create and submit broadcast reports
  • Coordinate with IT and technical teams for troubleshooting
  • Operate streaming platforms (Zoom, YouTube, etc.)
  • Support production team for live and recorded programs
  • Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma (D3) degree in Broadcasting, TV Production, Mass Communication, or any other related major
  • Having previous experience working in radio operations, particularly in an on-air or technical operator role, is considered a valuable advantage for this position, though fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Strong communication skills, a positive working attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment are essential
