With 9 branches across Indonesia, we are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team, grow our network, and drive student success.

Locations:

• Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
• Pondok Indah, South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team for high performance and growth
• Conduct training and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
• Implement strategic sales approaches to exceed targets
• Provide expert consultation on study plans, universities, and English courses
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and educational partners
• Work with the marketing team to promote overseas education opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of two years of experience in educational sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
