Partnership Acquisition Assistant Manager
Job Descriptions:
Develop lead generation strategies and sales processes (e.g sales pipeline, dashboard).
Assisting in identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing partners.
Training and mentoring acquisition staff.
Negotiate complex deals and manage high-potential leads.
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct market research and feasibility assessments for potential locations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in partner acquisition or business development.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities.
