Parts Manager (MAKASSAR)

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a parts or inventory management role, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial position is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, dozers) and their components/parts are an advantage

• Proficient in inventory management systems and dealership management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Odoo).

• Excellent organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage budgets, pricing, and profitability.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Capable of working under pressure and handling urgent parts demand.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
